April 23 we flew to the Netherlands, wedding dress in tow! We were met by Edgar's whole family. I even got a bouquet of tulips! We stayed a week with Edgar's parents and had a lot of family bonding time. After a week my parents arrived and rented a house nearby (the cute one in the picture). I stayed with them while Edgar remained with his parents. Lots of wedding preparations took place.
Special Highlights:
Koninginnedag (Queen's day) in Utrecht. Hence the funky crown.
Edgar gave a presentation at his church.

hanging out with friends and family
All the international guests (Douloids and others) that came for the wedding.
