We had a great time with Edgar's parents as they stayed with us for three weeks. We hadn't seen them since September '07! So it was a treat to catch up and have them see our new home. They also did several projects for us around the house! So nice!
Here you can see some of our day trips in the area. Callaway Gardens and downtown Newnan. The old houses are on one of our favorite walks through town. We also happened to be there for the monthly Bluegrass jam session on the square. It's always fun to see these local musicians having such a blast playing together on the street corner. It's definitely a cultural experience!
We also went on vacation with them to Jekyll Island and Savannah for 6 days. We loved soaking up the sun on the beach and bicycling around the island. Savannah is always beautiful, and we stopped at two plantations along the way.
