We arrived in Eugene, south of Portland. We had a meeting last night at the University of Oregon. Together with the campus ministries we had a kick off meeting for a prayer room at this secular campus. It was very encouraging to see that students signed up to pray for the campus and the world. We challenged the students to pray and also to go into missions. The prayer room will go on until Thursday night.
Last night we stayed at one of the frat houses. This one is owned by the Baptist church. We came in very late and found our room with the couches. Unfortunately neither of the three of us guys had a sleeping bag... But at these times long trenchcoats can come in handy...
