Thanks for praying! The retreat went really well. The 10 of us (yes, 10! Our team has about doubled in the last year) went to borrowed lake house about 2 hours away for 2 nights. We had a great time hanging out together (soaking in the hot tub, having a "LOST" premier party, and playing group games) and having uninterrupted brainstorming & planning meetings throughout the days.
I think we made a lot of progress clearing up some long-standing confusion and set up some action points that we've already begun to tackle.
