ok so i LOVE that picture! so, i know your post is funny and light, but I also have to share something deep that is completely related to that picture and that God's been showing me lately about the female heart:
one way women reflect God is in the beauty of our complexity! the pieces of who we are--the many, the varied, the seemingly conflicting, the complicated--are not to be figured out. (Right?! I mean, what woman goes and talks and shares with a man and then likes it when he tries to "fix" her or figure her out?!) We just wanna be listened to and loved! We're to be enjoyed, each for our own beauty and depth and MANY pieces of who we are. In the same way, God is mysterious and we're not able to figure Him out or completely understand His ways (indeed, "they are higher than ours"). Rather, we are to enjoy His many attributes and truths and gaze at Him and enjoy the beauty of who He is! So that's one way the feminine heart reflects who God is. That's my short answer essay for the day. lol. :) Hope you are well my dear friends! *Muah*
