Our balcony has been looking a bit drab all winter with dead plants in our various containers.
Spring is arriving... with it's crazy weather patterns that I cannot seem to get used to! Friday night it was warm enough for me to be outside, barefoot, planting tulip bulbs and new flowers. Saturday morning it was below freezing with snow flurries! (All of this is so strange for a Miami native... and this is already my third spring the "north.")

I'm a bit doubtful about the bulbs... I know, you're supposed to plant them in the fall, but I never remember...
We shall see...
