The Creative Space

Here's the result of our team art project! A newly revamped work area. This room is a common area between most of the communications/marketing team's offices. Where we brainstorm, meet with our "clients", goof off over coffee, and even eat lunch together. Yup, we're pretty tight. It's a fun place to work, mostly because our team is full of very fun people! The "voice" art collage we made is a reminder of our team's new purpose statement (see the last post). The giant bulletin board was made from left-over Urbana booth canvas and insulation boards. We'll be able to stick up our brainstorming notes there.


Below is our new calendar system that matches with basecamp, an online project management website that we use. Each page hung in the grid represents a project that we're currently working on. The pages we're not using, we flip over, showing fun collages of retro comic books that we put together. If you're going to have to do the work, you might as well make it fun!!
